SNSD Tiffany turns heads in Ceci's latest editorial

Tiffany still proves the national girl group member still has it at even at 25 as she graces the cover of Ceci Magazine. No doubt, she's one of my favorite member of Girls Generation and she impressed again with the flower power concept that did not at all overwhelmed her. Instead, it enlightened her many charms.
