Smile Boy, Lee Seung Gi in Kuala Lumpur

I didn't snap much as I was too busy enjoying myself ( I'm sorry! ) but I'll post up the group photos once it's uploaded by the organizer. Lee Seung Gi's hitch was almost non-existent that this concert is close to the best k-pop concert YET if to speak about fan service wise.

Lee Seung Gi's warm hospitality is too good that me, as a Malaysian Airen I felt taken aback by it. Malaysia is nothing over Seung Gi's hospitality. When the DJ at the radio station did not even bother to do some research about him, when most of the hosts pronounced his name wrongly, when fans called up to the stage didn't even know how to sing his songs, he didn't even show a slight displeased towards all those quirks. It may be estranged to him but he's open to whatever the world offers to him. It was an embrace party on stage which has qualifies Seung Gi for the  "Universal Embracer" award. He won sans opposition, obviously. It was shown that he's perspicuously genuine in giving back love he received from his fans. That's what I guess, make him Lee Seung Gi after all.

He performed a total of 7 of his hit songs; Love Generation, Go on a Vacation, Smile Boy, Will You Marry Me, Because I'm your friend, Because you're my woman and ending it with Slave. It may seems short but most of the time was filled with games and interviews, lots of laughters and fun of course. Fans flew in from various countries ; Japan, China, Singapore and Thailand. As a k-pop veteran, I've been to more than one k-pop concerts and fanmeetings and I have to say Lee Seung Gi is top-notch for being able to handle this whole fanmeeting by himself. He knows how to work the audience all by himself, exhausting it must have been but his stamina was as good as Lee Bong-Ju. I'm superbly impressed.

Despite being a solo, I felt a deeper connection with this fanmeeting rather than with others, he sang passionately that every beat can be felt within every nerves functioning in my body. He said,"I'm gonna do what I'm best at, which is singing. I'm gonna return the love you gave me now" because it was truly an amazing night as an Airen. He proved that he's simply not just saying it, his live singing skill is top-notch guys, TOP to the NOTCH. And If you're wondering, he had 'Nasi Lemak' for lunch today because somebody recommended it to him and he loved it!

Now name me one of his flaws and I'll give you 1000 won.

But the highlight of the night is of course,

" I don't feel like I'm doing a concert overseas. I feel like I'm having a concert in Seoul"
- Lee Seung Gi.
