Block B making a Blockbuster

Block B did a live streaming of their comeback showcase earlier today and they did not slightly disappoint. F(x)'s Sulli even made an attendance to the showcase. They may have been gone for a year or so, but those time was definitely maximised to polish themselves up. Different from their previous rookie image, this time they're all grown up. We're very impressed on the varieties of genre they have that it's hard to pick our favorite tune! Whatever genre you love, you will still end up loving at least one of the songs in this album. Besides, your judgements still play a huge role in the success of this album too, so hear for yourself.

The live streaming :

Their title track's MV (NILLILI MAMBO)

Nillili Mambo is close to puuuurfection. How did Zico thought of inserting the smooching sound effect at the beginning will always stay as a riddle to me. It got me hooked from my first hear but Zico, I hate your hair or at least put away the horrendously ugly wig. The whole modern pirate idea is perfectly expressed through the whole video but Zico perhaps you should consider cutting your hair. The song has no specific genre to be classified in but the ensemble is so good to begin with. A well-composed track with a well-expressed video. Definitely what most of us will say as Block B's true colour. Their choice to put together a few genre in a track is ingeniously done. The teasers were not deceiving us! The rap part was not oddly fitted anywhere around, it's done with divine that we know, they've taken this comeback seriously. No more trial and error for them, it's a full-out effort to be at the top.

A few more highlights from this album :

1. Movie Over

2. Mental Breaker

3. 장난없다 (No Joke)
