Today's talk : Can other actor-dols surpass Miss A's Suzy popularity?

A question that will trigger one of holyitskpop's writer as she is a huge fan of Suzy.
Miss A's Suzy made it big through 'Introduction to Architecture' gaining her the nation's first love title. 

The question is today..can other actor-dols surpass Miss A's Suzy popularity? My answer is maybe. Ok that's not what today's post is going to be all about. Lets go deeper on who exactly is trying to surpass Miss A's maknae Suzy.

B2ST's Yoon Du Jun, A Pink's Son Na Eun, ZE:A's Kwang Hee are those in line that might become the next Suzy. Why exactly?

These actor-dols are all casted for 'Return to The Noble Family' ; the fifth installment of the 'Marrying the Mafia'. A popular comedy series. They will be joining Kim Min Jung and Yu Min. The next chapter of the film will continue on with the story of what happens to the main characters from "Marrying the Mafia" (2002) ten years later. Yoon Du Jun will be playing the character of the eldest son of Jang Young Min ; Son Na Eun will be in a love line with Du Jun and Kwang Hee is said to be the rival in their relationship. 

Yoon Du Jun, Son Na Eun & Kwang Hee are no rookies in acting. Yoon Du Jun has previously acted in MBC's Sitcom 'All My Love' that gained a lot of love from many viewers until it got extended to 200 episodes. Kwang Hee is now filming ' To The Beautiful You' and Son Na Eun has acted in SBS Drama 'The Great Seer'. However, this is their first time on big screen.  

The reason why they are expected to surpass Suzy's overflowing popularity is because the previous 'Marrying The Mafia' movies had a total of 17.5 million viewers. Now that's a big number. Suzy's role in Introduction to Architecture had been able to gain attention is due to her honest acting skill. Her role was relatable to many viewers especially men who said she reminded them of their first love. 'Return to The Noble Family' however is not a mellow movie, it's a comedy. Therefore, being relatable is not a factor to be pinpointed.

In gaining popularity from all over, there are two things that matter the most ; first is the relatable factor and second is the originality factor *oppagangnamstyle*. Introduction to Architecture too had a stepping stone as Han Ga In's previous drama (Moon Embraces The Sun) gained almost 50% of average rating. In this case however, I think the originality factor matters. One out of these three actor-dols might be able to do so but can or can't they surpass Suzy will be an unknown situation. We have nothing to say till the actual movie comes out.
