Tiger JK is a racist?

Tiger JK being racist should be the last thought in someone's mind as he is far from one. While chatting with another author from holyitskpop,my attention was shifted to 'The Creators Project' incident where Tiger JK was met with a group of Caucasian hecklers who is said to have repeatedly told him to stop rapping and do Psy's viral horse dance.

In response, Tiger JK stopped his performance and let out his frustrations.  This is his side of the story,

"I told them [the hecklers] I ain’t here to make you laugh. I’m not here to dance for you. Then it triggered something really dark in me. My f*** you turned into f*** everybody. F*** white people. F*** CNN to F*** Hollywood. To Fu** all ya’ll who think Asians are here to make you laugh by dancing my ass off. F** Hollywood for thinking Asians are just comic relief. Then I Stopped my set and screamed for ten minutes I think. I said I got paid to be here b*tch ass white boiiz, I ain’t gon dance for you. I called all them b*tches. Then I said bi*ch bad. What I mean by b*tches I mean y’all white boys who are telling me to dance. I told them Asians are more than a motherf*cking comic relief, you punk ass white boy.”

Among the multitude audience, the english-speakers present were bemused with sudden verbal abuse by Tiger JK but not all of the audience got a clear vision of what has taken place until 4 days later.
4 days after the incident, Tiger JK personally explained his point of view and apologized on what had happened on his twitter.

He clearly stated that he was not being racist and stated his opinions-  he is a close friend of Psy and he dislike how most people do not take Psy's talent for what it worth, instead as a comical relief.

Before you make a quick conclusion about him being racist, I don't think it's right to label him racist for various reasons. First, he was the first person to ever open dialogue in Korea against racism. Second, he has openly spoke up that people should not discriminate each other regardless their skin color. If that is not good enough, I do not know what will do.
His onetime mistake is acceptable as I understand the fact that he was not capable to control his emotions after being triggered of what already was a racist action towards him. It was a foolish mistake but coming to conclusion that he is racist because of a one-off thing? I do not think that is the right justification towards him.
